Site Preparation
For Level Ground
Base to be 12" bigger than building on all four sides, remove 3-4" sod, fill back in with No. 8 limestone, make sure entire area of limestone is level.
For Sloped Ground
Place railroad ties cross ways under building approximately every 6'. Dig railroad tie into ground on high side, put concrete blacks under railroad ties on low side (if needed). NOTE: All railroad ties must be level and same height, treated 4x4 can be used if railroad ties are not avialable.
